My work primarily focuses on installations and mixed-media where I construct environments through assembled materials and found objects to create a "deliberate mess”. Through my artistic endeavors I explore the multidimensionality of my identity: how it’s felt internally, performed socially, and shaped by culture. Each piece is both self-portrait and site of translation, nested within the pressures and tenderness of the world that surrounds me.
